We are delighted to welcome Lionel Vega as our first brahmachari (renunciant noviciate). From now on he will be known as Br. Lionel.Originally from Argentina, Br. Lionelji has relocated to Lima, Peru, where he is actively helping coordinate all the Ark of Love and Kriya activities around the world.
Thanks to the generous patronage of our Rafaelji in Lima, Br. Lionelji will be coming to India with Rafael and myself in February to receive the traditional brahmachari initiation in the holy city of Haridwar, on the banks of the Ganga river, and deepen his study of Kriya Yoga and monastic lifestyle.
For those of you who are interested to know more about the brahmachari lifestyle and training, I have put some information here.
I have also uploaded Gurudev Baba Hariharanandaji's priceless Yogacharyas' Code of Conduct.
Finally, an excellent book for all to know about the practice of sense-control is the classic "Practice of Brahmacharya" by Swami Sivananda, available for free download here.
